Bodybuilding.com (BBcom) approached Magnet Monster at the beginning of 2020 to help unleash the potential of email as a channel. Feeling as though this area was in desperate need of attention in their business, we designed a comprehensive roadmap that covered innumerable permutations across the customer lifecycle, designed to skyrocket their success through email automation and reduce the pressure on sales-led email campaigns to drive results.
The project involved cross-collaboration across numerous departments (engineers, creative teams, and executives as well as channel partners) to strategically implement the changes, and the team at BBcom were left in a strong position with sales growing rapidly due to email.
